On Fake, everyone can do something. You may create wiki-pages that explain ways to have sex, or things you want to do during sex. You can host contests with fun rewards, or even help correct spelling and grammar errors on official pages. You can report members that aren't following the Uploading Art Rules, da rules, or just are being an asshole.

However, some people wish to be able to really help out with Fake, and make the site better for everyone from the inside. Those are the people who should apply to the crew; members selected will be added to the prestigious ranks of the Council of Sluts on Fake.

Council members are expected to maintain official pages, create fun activities for the community, use the forums, help with contests, among other things. It's a job for those who want to help Fake grow into an even sexier place than it is now -- not a job for people who want fame and glory. As a Council member, you don't get special perks; you're actually held to a higher requirement than normal members, and you're expected to set a good example.

Note that you cannot apply to be a Guard on Fake.
Guards are selected as-needed and drawn from the preexisting Council members on Fake and the other sister-sites.

What You Need To Do!

1) You need a good general knowledge of Fake.
While you don't need to know everything about everything, it's good to have general knowledge, such as how wikipages work, how to use the forums, and other general use information.

2) You need to be able to read and write in the English language well.
Fake is an English site, and as such the official pages are all written in English. We don't expect anyone to always have perfect skills, but official pages should look (semi) professional and presentable.

3) Your goals should agree with Fake's goal.
If you want to turn Fake into a club for beautiful people, then this isn't the job for you. If you want to try to make Fake less sexual, then this isn't the site for you. It's good to want to make things better, but always remember Fake's ideals when doing so!

4) You should prove you can do what you say!
Provide evidence to back up your claims; evidence on Fake, not on another site. Even if you have only made the Big Boob Dragon Cybering Competition that no one entered, created the "Slaves R Us" forum that's mostly unused and made a report or two, that's much better than someone who claims they can do those things but haven't.

5) You should explain what you'd like to do as a member of the crew, and what you're best at, and how long you're willing to do it for.
While we're not rejecting the idea of new members being on the Council, we want to know you're interested in this for real; not that this is a passing interest. Just say what you're best at, such as wiki management, or you're a people person.

6) You should be able to get along with the sullen assholes in the Crew, and have great patience for people, even when they're clothed..
Being on any position in the Crew requires patience. There's a lot of times when you want to snap at someone and tell them to "go to hell", or the like, but as Crew you can't do that. If you can't hold your temper, this isn't the best position for you.

7) You should think this is fun and orgasmic!
Fake is all about fun and orgasms!

8) If you can come up with an eighth point, it shows us that you're creative and have ideas. We like that. What we like the most is finding people who will make those ideals real, with or without their clothing on!

Deadline

There's no deadline for entry; as long as Fake exists (forever!), this will continue. Good applications may be selected at any time as need for more Council expands and if you're not picked there can be all kinds of reasons. Often times, we just don't need more Council at the moment. Sometimes we're too busy cybering to check out the new applications for a while! However, don't ask us why we haven't selected you, or something like that! That makes us feel less horny, and then we get annoyed and may never select you.

We want you to make your own wikipage that we can look it, that tells us why we should pick you.
If you update your application, post a notice that it was updated next to it.
If you're not sure what to put, look at some of the accepted applications. ;o)

Applications for Guards are generally set on the back burner, for [Virgin Slut] to choose all on his own. It will help your case if you do not apply for the Guards specifically, but rather prove your worth by chipping in where you can, even before you are crewified.
